I am blessed to have a very supportive husband of almost 20 yrs. We have 3 daughters that keep us on our toes, along with a dog and a guinea pig!
Also if you see me out on the trails or road running you probably will see me with my running wife/BFF..we are known as Frick and Frack and do crazy adventures together.
