"One thing I have learned this last year is how amazing women can be! I have found some amazing friendships, and I am so grateful for them. I love the support they have given me! They have encouraged me to be a better version of my self and lifted me up along the way. I am thankful for them being a part of my journey!"

about me

I am a wife and mother of two beautiful girls. My oldest daughter in a RN in Oregon and my youngest graduates in May from Idaho State University. Since I am an empty nester now, I have found a rare commodity that one does not have raising children and running a home with a full time job, and that is time. And with that time I have invested it in me! I still have a full time job, and the home doesn’t run as smoothly as it once did, because I love to be in outdoors, at the gym or on the trails.
